Returns/exchanges?

All sales are final on all crystals, jewelry, lifestyle products, gift cards, and all products from our online shop. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

All products are bubble wrapped and placed in a bubble mailer to avoid any damage during transit to you.

Please email info@modernmusecrystals.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order for concerns regarding damaged/broken items. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item in your email message. 

 

What locations do you ship to?

We ship to the United States of America (USA) and Internationally. 

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped out between 2-3 business days after an order is placed (please give an additional 1-2 days to process orders placed on Saturday and Sunday).

Note: Estimated shipping times are subject to change during holidays or inclement weather events. It may take up to 7 business days to process your order during the holiday season or high volume season at USPS.

For all international orders, it may take up to 14 business days to process and ship your orders during the holiday/high volume postal season (Note: Processing and shipping time are variables outside of delivery time).

Crystal bracelets typically take 3-5 business days to create before the item is shipped out. This may also impact your estimated shipping time.

When will I receive my order?

Domestic shipping within the US takes 1-10 business days depending on the type of shipping selected. Holidays, closures or other events may impact these timeframes.

How can I find my wrist size for jewelry in the shop?

The simplest way to measure your size is to use a small measuring tape and measure the circumference around your wrist under your wrist bone (be sure to give it little slack/don’t measure too tightly). 

All bracelets are made to order. We do not accept resizing requests. All sales are final. 

*Size Guide: 

-Extra-small: 5-6 in. (*Note: This size is really small and snug on the average sized wrist. It’s a loose fit on a young child’s wrist.)

-Small: 6-7 in.

-Medium: 7-8 in.

-Large: 8-9 in.
